Senator Roberts moved to amend the amendment on page one, section one hundred twelve, lines eight through twelve, by striking out everything and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

(1) They have a physical or mental disability;

(2) They are emotionally disturbed;

(3) They are older children;

(4) They are a part of a sibling group; or

(5) They are a member of a racial or ethnic minority.
